As many of you know, Dad spent his last 5 weeks in Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice (PTH) being looked after by their amazing team of nurses, doctors, healthcare assistants and support workers. The environment helped Dad be as comfortable as he could be in those last weeks and days, and helped us make the most of every last precious day, for which we will always be grateful. Any help to support the team at PTH will make a difference to another family. Thank you x
